I use an awl hole punch? Time and $ are the most important thing, and I have no garage or a concession to the Assembly

Well - I would not use a stylus punch holes in the bumper.
I take aplastic his bumper So, if the holes in the response options is to use a drill. I think trying to make holes where you will get the rear bumper and avoiding a bolt with washers and lock nuts shrink. Also remember that if you are anything other than stainless steel hardware, three or five or ten years when the plates that can also participate in the defense, that remove the bottom. My proposal is to the right distributor, offered to travel and make it "right", if not immediately, anyway in the near future.

Yes you can, but it is better for drilling holes and using the extension is then inserted through your live there. It is a cleaner look, if you ever remove the plate. Here you will find in any hardware store .. the fees are only a few things that screw into the sheet rock used in a house seems. . If there are just over 1 / 4 hole and push in the insert and then insert screws will enlarge and the shape is to keep it. They are also a label holder that bolts the same way. .
